Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 1 year verifiable Class A driving experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol screening
- Ability to operate company-issued tablets, mobile applications, GPS-based shipment visibility tools, and related operational technology
Software Engineer
Developing the Viatrix Portal and unified logistics ecosystem.
- Proficiency in C# / .NET
- Experience with modern Angular
- Passion for building intuitive interfaces
- Familiarity with AI tools and prompting
Logistics Coordinator
Managing shipper relationships and overseeing automated dispatch workflows from the home office.
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in freight dispatching
- Tech-savvy and adaptable
Safety & Compliance Manager
Ensuring strict adherence to FMCSA regulations and overseeing driver accountable plan submissions.
- Deep knowledge of DOT/FMCSA rules
- Experience with ELDs and auditing
- Detail-oriented mindset
Billing & Settlements Specialist
Managing the financial flow of operations: processing factoring submissions, broker invoicing, and managing weekly driver settlements.
- Strong accounting/bookkeeping skills
- Familiarity with freight factoring

Providing front-line support to our clients and carriers, ensuring smooth operations, answering inquiries, and troubleshooting portal workflows.
- 1+ years in customer service or support

Acting as the primary liaison for shippers and brokers, helping them utilize the Viatrix Portal and ensuring world-class service.
